We send parcels on working days using a courier. We send parcels from Poland. Delivery time is 1-3 working days. During sales, delivery time may be slightly longer. Preorders have a shipping time specified in the product description.

Cost for orders up to PLN 499 - PLN 10 parcel locker, PLN 15 courier

Payments

Payments can be made using: credit card, PayPal, Apple Pay. All payments are made using a secure SSL connection. Credit card payments are handled by Stripe and PayPal, and our company does not have access to credit card and bank account information.

Exchanges and returns

Dear Customer, please - buy wisely. Each of your returns generates another carbon footprint and an additional cost for us. Each return must be accepted at the warehouse, and we must pay extra for this service.

Exchanges and returns can be made within 14 working days from the date of receipt of the shipment, by the courier company chosen by the customer (except for the post office - we do not accept letters from Poczta Polska). We accept returns only if the goods are returned in the same condition in which they were sent, do not show signs of use, have all labels and company packaging. The customer bears the cost of return shipping. A consumer who concluded an agreement outside the company's office may withdraw from it in accordance with applicable regulations within 14 calendar days from the date of purchase and must confirm this fact in a written statement sent to our company email address. The return form is attached to the package with the returned goods. The refund must be made within 14 days of receiving notification of the cancellation of the purchase, but this period may be extended if the seller has not received the returned goods or proof that they have been sent back, or for a reason beyond the seller's control on the part of the intermediary or payment operator.
